The Countess chair showcases strong yet swooping lines that bring a softness to the entire piece. Let’s start with the arcs that swing down from its arms to the base. Then there’s the intersecting bow at the front and back. But the part that’s perhaps most defining is the wraparound piece of natural rattan that forms the arms and back support to create a welcoming and comfortable seat.
